Our nurses and healthcare assistants are qualified and selected to ensure the highest standards of quality care and nursing are provided to all our residents. Not only are round-the-clock checks provided for all our residents, but a state-of-the-art nurse call system is in place, giving residents easy access to assistance any time of the day or night.
Staff at Regent House take pride in delivering compassionate person-centred care. This means we care for our residents in a way we believe our own family members would like to be supported. We recognise and understand the importance of not just physical health but mental health too, as one can all too often affect the other. Our dedicated staff team is trained to ensure our residents are promoted to be as comfortable as possible during their time at Regent House and our Registered Manager is pro-active in listening to concerns and complaints.
